Maryland is known for not following there own rules a teen had her phone every day and finally got caught on finals day before the picnic but
She was still able to compete I realize the code of conduct they sign that no phone is on the first line yet of course the rules were bent according to the offender what does that say to the girls who work hard and follow the signed rules. Rules , contracts literally mean nothing
