Seriously, people were asking valid questions and she ignored them. She also said things like "that's a tough one, I'll have to think about that" and then never got back to it. Board members asked questions she couldn't answer, the former title holder had to tell her what brand of foundation she uses???? Seriously, she's a total dud.
