I would wager that we have a very small handful of locals this year, all of which give 2-3 local crowns and then one Sweeps where enough crowns are given to get us to 20 contestants at State.

I've also thought of perhaps starting a Miss BWI or Miss UMBC (my alma mater). This is truly just a seed kernal that's not even germinating yet, but I'd love to know what it would take. Thanks!
