Hanna is the prettiest Miss Maryland we've had so far( sorry Christina). Her platform and her work is an example of true dedication to the idea of being a role model, who is passionate about the cause. I didn't see her talent performance but I think that's she is a very strong candidate for the Miss America crown. To be fair to other girls- all of them were very pretty and looked great.

Dumb Maryland people.

You are all beautiful women. Everyone has their strengths. Bowed legs due to being too skinny is not beautiful however.

In my opinion Stephanie Meadowcroft would have been a excellent Miss Maryland, and I am surprised she did not win, however her on stage question was not the best. Her talent and on stage confidence should have made up for her weak on stage question. I also thought Mary Teal Mulligan would have been great, and could do a lot as Miss MD. As for the teen I thought Taylor Ammons really stood out. This week she was continually strong in all parts of competition. I know there was a lot of hate throw at her and rumors being spread, however she did a lot with her platform and was beautiful on stage. I am surprised she didn't win or even place, however there is a rumor going around that her name was taken off the final ballot so the judges wouldn't be able to place her in the top five. Due to the rumors circulating around Taylor I have not heard one that was true and am surprised the Miss Maryland board even gave thought to them. The Miss MD organization has changed so much in the past 4 years and I wish Stephanie and Taylor would have won because they've paid their time, and are nice kind loving people who also have been great local title holders.

[> [> [> [> [> Subject: Stephanie would've made a good miss md but Hannah deserved to win. She worked so hard for the title and dedicated years of her life to working for it. Also platform is such an important part of MAO and it's good the judges recognized that.

[> [> Subject: Hannah will be a wonderful Miss Maryland and Allison a great MMOT. I think that the judges are to be commended. Hannah was probably their winner coming out of interview yet they judged the contestants on what they brought. As for the reference to top five ballot, it doesn't exist anymore at the state pageant. Taylor is a lovely girl but I think Allison was the better choice.

your correct that her miss md talent wasn't the strongest but having been following her for years..her voice is amazing and she can belt songs out I just feel like her song choice wasn't right for her.
