Subject: Miss MARYLAND has made the top 10, 3 out of the last 5 years and YET you people still bitch. Its so typical of Maryland fans, it really is.

This is more about the overall climate of the program. The leaders of this program have demonstrated significant weakness in their ability to form positive relationships with the community. Maryland fans are nasty and negative because it's trickled down from the top. If the State Board wants the community to be more positive, then they need to be the example.
