If I have $1 billion that adds $1B to the total gang value. If I give the $1B to the gang bank, the total gang value remains the same. But if the $1B is spent on casinos and barracks, is the total gang value maintained? Also, we were adding a lot of casinos and barracks at the very end of the last game. While barracks are worthwhile in the countries where gang members reside (adding Baby G's automatically), if no one is in that country for any extended period of time there is no benefit. Same deal with casinos, unless casino money flows between countries. Building 5000 casinos costs $100B dollars. In order to be ahead, the casinos have to generate $14B/day for seven days. If there are 14 gang members we need to received $1B a piece each day. I don't think building casinos in the last 3-4 days is advantageous.
