Dear Fren, I think most of us think that Ronghui has been doing alot for the band so after discussing with him, we decide to break down the main jobs into 6 post, They are mainly
Leader / Training : Ronghui
PR / Marketing : Joel
Website Maintanence / Recording :Cedric
Finance / Logistic : Yaocheng, Jenson
Planning : Guorong
Secretary : Jinfeng
Below are the job scope of the different roles
Leader / Training
Ronghui the leader of the grp is to oversee everything and make sure everything is on the right track. For training wise, he will be making sure we do the rite stuff the guitar pro score is done and others relating to music playing
PR / Marketing
For me, I will be looking out for lobangs to perform gig and competition. I will be the main man in charge of liason with the outside pple, So if anyone wan to find us to play, call him or her to contact me, As I will be looking into whether our schedule is too tight and discuss with the rest. For marketing, I will also be looking out for talent company and try to advertise ourselves as well as selling our CDs
Web Maintanence / Recording
I think the job scope is self explainatory, Up Keep the website and recording of our own album will be done by Cedric
Finance / Logistic
Yaocheng will be in charge of finance, From next month onwards all of us have to give $2 a month to maintain the finance side, Money earn from Gigs will be pass to Yaocheng, and we will decide whether to split the money or to keep it in the treasury. A accounting book must be up keep and the leader will have to check it every month, (sorry money is sensitive). For Logistic wise, YC will need to help us get tapes for recording as the money is with him, it is easier to handle. For tapes it is ok but if future we plan to get something impt and expensive (I haven't think of any now) A witness must be present to ensure that is the best price avilable (Sorry money matter very sensitive)
Planning
Guorong will be planning and informing the time of jamming, the place to jam (if happen Kallang not available) wat time to meet before a gig. He will have to book the studio as well.
Secretary
Jinfeng will have to take note of the songs we played during a jam session, copy minutes for debriefing and if possible keep copies of all scores
That is all the description,
For some others, they may hold so other minor post like video editing, Choreographing of movement on stage, Stage layout design, Sequence of songs.
