Guys, well done. This is not a new idea. Enga Administration and Governors office tried in the mid 90's but failed. Thats at the bigger scale, lets try it for Laigaip Porgera.

Suggest you put up a adv on national or PC and collect updated CV with a id size photo, their field of expertees, etc.

I actually developed one for Wabag but things never worked out for me so all the best... Guys, good initiative for a better tomorrow so full support...Go for it. Leave politics to the politicians as the country needs us the professionals to shape up the country.. ALL THE BEST, GUYS.

DA,

It's good to know that someone else has traveled down that path already and has failed. If you can afford to spare some time, are you able to detail those failures so we don't make those same mistakes again. Also, I'd be interested to know what sort of response you got when this initiative kicked off and what were some of the positives you got from this exercise. We never say a failure is a deterant, I always like to think that failing actually strengths peoples character to try harder so we should learn from your experiance and implement this plan with more vigour.

Steve, Freddie and Naro, trying to tee up this thing with work and study commitment will be difficult but if you guys are able to commit a bit of your time to set up something for dicussion, we'd really appreciate that. Keep us informed if you do need help in other areas.
