But to be the best leader, you must do what you can do down from the base and then you make your way up.

For what you do within the district levels will determine how good you can do up at the national levels. I see no reason why leaders always like climbing right to the top. Are you the only most educated bugger among all? Most experienced?? The richest MP??

But if they are fit, they can handle both very well. And none is happening from either ends yet.

KON MAN Nabaut!!! Tok long wokim policy yet. But can you make policies from the top but the same time do something good in Kandep? Like the road/hausik/school upgrades??????

He alone knew the very reason to win through evil ways, the reason is there, to sit and talk from the top... policiy, policy, policy. Policies that rots away!!!!

Fellows...the notion that a leader should start doing from the electorate level is right, however the same must be done from the top down. There must be a balance between the two and that is what Don Polye is doing. There are not many committed leaders to do that right now at the national level. And his critics must learn to be appreciative of this. If he has not done enough in his first term, he will do it this time round and will continue to do so until he retires from politics in his old age. Then our children shall carry on from there.
I do not agree with the impression that Polye has done virtually nothing which is mere politics. I agree with what Observer mentioned Polye has done so far.

I must continue to remind people like ACE and others that Truth will always prevail and lies only shortlive.
