Subject: Guam Racing Federation Gathering on October 27

On Oct. 27, DRAG (Drag Racing Association Guam), which is a part of the Guam Racing Federation, will be holding a Car Show, Exhibition, Pot Luck Barbecue and Political Forum to show support for the racing activities on our island from 10 am to 5 pm. We need everyone to show support so that our racing future will be secure from political meddling. We want the politicians to take notice of our strength. Everyone is invited. Please attend. Hello fellow Guamanians ! We at DRAG & The Guam Racing Federation kindly ask for your support in promoting our car show on Oct. 27th at the Guam Raceway Park in Yigo ! If you haven't already heard, we are hosting an event in the parking-lot of our future race track in Yigo . On Oct. 27th, politicians & political candidates alike will be in attendance sometime between 10am-2pm to see the amount of support that our racing & spectating community has to offer in regards to our Race Park . We are shooting to have as many people & especially CARS that we can cram into the facility between the times above . The show is of a noncompetitive nature & EVERYONE that has interest in ANY motorsport is invited to come out & show off your ride to demonstrate that there is a LARGE following in our island community that promotes a controlled condition race facility that can curb street racing & promote awareness, SAFETY, & the potential for economic profitability for our island . We NEED ALL the support that we can get out there !! Namely car groups & individuals that have anything from a fully built ride to a daily driver that you take pride in or an unfinished or 'under construction' project that can be displayed to show our politicians that we have a desire to race, & race legally & safely ! There will be free food , entertainment , free parking & admission , raffles etc. etc. etc. !!!!! Please invite anyone that you feel can help us in our goal so that the track doesn't get it's plug pulled !! Please, not after waiting 30+ years (for some) to finally get something built ! The track is ALMOST there ! I have seen it with my own eyes ! You will be impressed with what you see up there ! I humbly ask that you help us promote our facility & keep the politicians from voting against our goal.......we've come too far to stop now ! I urge you all to come to our meetings every Thursday night, 7pm, at the Chamorro Village Center Court so that you can be informed of all the recent developments surrounding our track & the Oct 27th car show ! Thank you very much for your unwavering support !
