How are you and J?

I'm off work today because the State House complex is closed due to the floods. This is the second time in less than 6 months that our garage got flooded. (Last time the overflowing Delaware put the cafeteria out of commission for months, too. I don't know what's worse -- being without food or without parking!) I really feel for the people who live in Trenton near the river. Also for the second time in 6 months, they've gotten hit really hard.

Hope you didn't have any problems in the rain. We were lucky, although we found we have a leak in the roof that's coming through Gumdrop's closet. Got to have that taken care of. Compared to what some people are going through, it's very small potatoes.

It's a beautiful day today. Looks like grilling season is almost upon us, although I guess for some of us, it really never went away???? ;)
