Hi Don- I'm not support staff but I can give some info I've gleaned from reading the postings here.The staff Usually gets to questions in a couple of days.Don't know where they're hiding! (I also had a very busy board at ITW btw- just moved it last Thurs 1/27- same problem- dissapearing posts)

1) Once archived,you can't "unarchive" posts (you could c&p it and repost it though)
2) ALWays inc your board # in your questions,tech staff can go into your config area and check things out.
3) set it at max 200, after that they're archived
4) after the max archive setting is met,the oldest archive will fall off to make room for more.

Can you tell I'm used to playing hostess on message boards?
