Subject: Hello! How do we keep very annoying people from returning to our forums if we've banned them once already?

I just started Mr. X's 'Hood (O bairro do Senhor X)#1, Forum #7617 a week ago, and also, an acquaintance of mine started Rants and Raves, Forum #7670 not too long after I started my board. There is a poster who uses WebTV that we have both banned from our forums, because she gets belligerent when you don't agree with her, and she uses profanity, and she just won't take "go away" for an answer. Then after she was banned, she started using a bunch of anonymous proxy servers to post to the Rants and Raves board, much to the moderator's dismay. He as much as told her "goodbye" and banned her, and then she's posted two or three times using anonymous proxy servers. If I may post this here, this is the latest post that she put on his board:

YOU and many of your friends have been the VICTIMS (you finlly ARE a victim!) of some crypto-techno-hackerology! You will find yourself unable to post at many places from time to time now that you have verified that the correct sequences were used and that you were stupid enough to click the wrong places!

I tell ya, it's just nt safe out there anymore!

I have already banned her from access to my forum, and I have also banned a bunch of anonymous proxy servers. I will also be going into my administration area as soon as this is posted on this board to ban the IP from access which she used on the Rants and Raves board to post that message. She is harassing not only me, and now the guy who owns the Rants and Raves board, but she also has been harassing the owner of Annette's Place, and Stargate. We have all had to ban her from accessing our forums with her WebTV ISP, but she claims to be unstoppable. If you can help us, we'll sure see about that. Thanks!
