Subject: VEHICULAR MANSLAUGHTER

I've pretty much lost track of the number of times that I've written my vehicle up for the same problem. Runs rough, dies, doesn't want to start - like so many of the other vehicles on the lot. Each time VMF slaps on a new part and calls it fixed and sends you on your way. The process is done time after time with the hopes that sooner or later the thing will run right. The question I'd like to put forth is 'How many times do you have to write up a vehicle until they send it out to get it done?' In the meantime, you're riding in a death trap, as likely do stall in the middle of an intersection as anyplace. So much for safety being a priority. Yoiu're expected to go out daily in a vehicle that is unfit to drive as well as hazardous. I see the guys even at Pep Boys every day test driving vehicles. Never a worker at VMF. Now you have to ask why. If we have a maintenance agreement with Ford, why aren't they picking these vehicles up to have a diagnostic run on them and fixed. Or do we have to wait until some carrier gets a post office named after them like the one who got hit working out of the back of his LLV. Oh yea, that diden't change either....
