She looked at Talon's young face, wild with grief, fear, and anxiety. She wished that she could tell him she knew something about disease, but she did not. Her words were heavy and slow, for she did not want to say them, and as she did her eyes seemed moist and wet. "I do not know much...I would say hunt the finest of meats down for her, and chew it up beforehand like you would for a pup. Give her plenty of rest and make sure she's out of the cold. That is all I know." She hesitated a moment, her throat closing in and making her voice thick. "Give my condolences to the alpha male. I would come if I could, but I must stay for Whirlwind is gone."
