I traveled down the sky a ways
And saw the colors from above
Everywhere shapes of every hue
Teased and tickled my eyes
As though I were staring perforce
Into the depths of my tawdry closet
Where can be found a display
Of what can only be considered
The result of a large, ill beast
Having eaten too long upon Skittles
And erupted its gullet straightaway
Onto the unsuspecting cotton mix shirts
A mighty and proud "Technicolor Yawn"
Dripping and splattered with a garish glee
That takes no thought of what occurs
When the eyes try vainly to absorb
Colors too many and too varied at once

Fall in Michigan is like that...
Sometimes.
