How about adding:

"A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed. That means what it says. Really. No kidding. No infringements. None at all. Zilch, zip, nada. Yes, we really meant that when we wrote it. "People" means "people". "Right" means "right". "shall not be infringed" means "shall not be infringed". Really, it's not that complicated."


I would recomend placing that passage near the beginning of the document, like the first or second item or so, so there is no question as to it's importance.
