Maybe you should check your facts before jumping to a conclusion. The lawsuit filed under the Freedom of Information Act was filed before there was even an election!

If we were opposed to what's defined in the Geneva Convention, International Law, the Army field manual and US law, we shouldn't have signed on to it. It's not a matter of "moral" or "practical", it's a matter of law!

Furthermore, the release of the the documents do not substanitate Cheney's claim that the torture methods applied yielded valuable information nor do they show "millions of lives were saved" because of it. Indeed, several CIA officers have said more information was gleaned through legal methods.

It had nothing whatsoever with "taking the ye of the healthcare debacle". Again, check your facts.
