I have a feeling you're right that many more people are going to move to countries who have a halthcare system in place. There are just way too many stories I've heard from insured people who have been denied coverage for life threatening ailments.

The problem as I see it is campaign finance reform. During the past eight years, the number of lobbyists multiplied to an astronomical level. There are eight or nine for EVERY congressman'woman. There needs to be further reform that would prohibit special interests from financing campaign. Sadly, I don't see any of them voting for such a thing.
