I must say this story makes a lot of sense. I can see no other reason why my boy weir would go in the tank at a major tournament.
If the duke truly is the reason that mike is going to miss the cut he had best not ask anymore questions about this town of petrolia....the people of this town don't believe in God, they believe in Mike Weir. People don't go to church on Sundays, they watch the PGA's final round. But not this week......this week many adult males will attend the sunday service for the first time in months....these men will mourn the fact that mikey boy is out and the current leader is an ugly brit with a sweat gland problem and D cups. They will also pray that if the duke does ever return to this country he will stay in his home town of townsend, where he can join beard growing contests and combine derbys and have no ill affects on the PGA tour.
Its a sad day brothers, the union flag should be flying at half mast. If Weir does make the cut it will be by an act of god (the other god, not weir)....Thank you duke.
