He walks over to a corner of the room covered in soft, warm carpeting, and takes a seat on the floor, gesturing that they do so too. "Meditation is going to be your first lesson, a rather short one. It is used in many many different runes, so it is a key aspect. Meditation is not only good for relaxation and clearing your mind of thought, but it is used in many spells, so that you are better able to focus on the result." He passes out 12-page stapled little books. "You may keep those, but I may refer to them in class, so it is good to have them with you. They tell you the basics on meditation. Now, before we begin, does anyone know what meditation is or has anyone used it before now?"
