Subject: the strike

If major league baseball should be halted by strike again, My next sojourn to baseball will be to a necessary visit to the gravesites of: Babe Ruth, Lou Gherig, Honus Wagner, Cy Young, Walter Johnson, Christy Mathewson, Grover Cleveland Alexander, Pud Galvin, Ty Cobb, Jimmie Foxx, Mel Ott, Ted Williams, Cap Anson, Goose Goslin, Nap Lajoie, Rogers Hornsby, Tris Speaker, Mickey Mantle, Roger Maris, Eddie Matthews, Willie Stargell, Roberto Clemente, Lefty Grove, and all of the heroes of baseball that will roll over in those sites when you do. My mission will be to try to explain to them why you destroyed their {and our} game.
