I will be curious to see how you handle the Gunderman's treachery: Betraying a Hyborian merchant who tried to hire him in good faith to a bunch of non-Hyborian nomads whom he had never met. I wonder what he gained for that betrayal of his code of honour. No honourable Hyborian would ever do that to another Hyborian. The incentive must have been great to betray fellow Hyborians to the Sons of Shem! I hope that incentive is revealed in the write-up.
