Subject: Spell idea

I am thinking of making a Penumbral Lord spell. I think it will be 5th level. Basically the caster would dimension door away from the spot of casting. A Shadow replicawould remain behind and be able to make physical attacks as normal, so if his BAB is +6 the shadow would get two attack. The shadow would only get the BAB modifier. It would not get the caster's bonus for strength or dexterity. It would have the caster's AC and 20% of the casters hitpoints. The caster would not be able to flank with its replica (That would be an additional power for higher level versions of the spell).

So is that too powerful for a 5th level spell?
