No, I left the navy last September.
And yes, the hero system did seem to require some high level of mathematics, if I can remember right. I didn't really get into the system all that much, probably because I was, at the time, amongst people who loved to shell out massive amounts of damage and have gigantic super powers. I got bored quickly.
