Obviously it is impossible to fairly judge the ability of people I've never met :-)

There is a lot of uphill and a lot of exposure on that section of Crawford Path, but you will have your camping gear with you when you get tired :-) Just don't push it in bad weather

There is a lot of uphill on Castellated Ridge and a couple of scrambles once you get to the Castles, but presumably you are choosing the Presidentials because you want higher mountains with above treeline and that's what you get :-)
