She had, had a friend once her name was Winter but the mare had disappeared. Over time she had not gained trust in many more equine around her. She trusted her brother of course with all her wicked heart. At one point she had looked to Adrian as a mentor when she was leading Shadow Vale. After that was her mate dark.shadow he was her roughish paramour true to her in so many ways. There were times she might have considered Foxfire a friend, but she didn't know the mare well enough to confide in her. Hell, she didn't know any well enough to confide her fears in. What face would she lose if she admitted her fears aloud to any? No, those remained deeply locked with her vile essence not to be relinquished to the world.

One step through the 'Greens started her trip along the path she had thoroughly destroyed. This had been during her brief flare of temper when she went on rampage destroying every bit of foliage in her trail. Now she crossed it again looking a new blooms sprouted from previous deadness. Diamond rose and came to put out the spurt of life that the plant attempted once more. Hoof ground into the soil tearing the roots of the bloom. It was the roots you had to kill, not just the top soil plant.

Moving on she crested a small hill and picked up a canter with a catlike grace as she flew down the slope. Charred mandible was unleashed a harmony of vocals released unto the air. Onyx scythes dug into the earth as she flew along head held high. Auds clamped tightly to her poll as she moved. Ink stained tendrils whipped at the nape of her neck hoof beats a crescendo of sound. A fiery passion for running burned deep and branded her soul. Beat increased in tempo as she darted even faster along the bottom of the sweeping clearing. Another tune rang clear and sharp as her skull turned first, boa creaking to pull her chest, middle, and hinds in a slow turn. Her pace dropping, energy spent for the time being. She needed to stop sometime and take a break. Somehow her spirit wanted free of the bodice that contained it, for it possessed more energy then her form could ever put out.

Poles holding up her silhouette steadied in a slow walk, and then stop. Sheen of sweat covered the length of her willowy figure moonlight bathing down upon her. Damp locks clung to her neck, banner free of moisture flung about at her hindquarters. Tentative steps were taken towards a small pool of water left over by the storm now moved on. It would evaporate soon but for now it would provide a source of relief. Dragging her carcass over tiara dipped plunging her charcoal dashed muzzle into the cool liquid and drawing it in graciously. Pulling her head up whiskers were shaken free of any crystalline droplets. She stood motionless watching the moon fall over the skies and begin to tumble down behind the earth's rim.
