 Are they any figures available for the numbers of people who settled in Australia who came from the County of Suffolk. I ask because I'm from Suffolk, and when I've visited Europe and spoken to Americans they've thought I was Australian. I can see why, is this because many people from Suffolk settled in Australia early in the Colonial period?
