First, stuff not to change:

1. The dorms. Absolutely loved them, definitely worth the extra money for en suite bathrooms, high speed internet, and a better neighborhood. Let's keep these to ourselves though so we can book them again... ;)

2. The schedule. I thought it was just right, with practices in the morning and the right amount of time off. I can't speak for how this affected setting up the band since I just sort of did what I was told while that happened but personally I liked the time. It seemed to be just right to me.

3. The coaches. Billy was excellent and I was really pleased with our spot at the Worlds. It was way better than 2003.

Stuff we could improve:

1. The coaches. We absolutely have got to get a larger coach or two coaches, even if it's just for the Worlds.

2. The rooming situation. I understand it was a real difficulty to put the room list together for this trip and this may be out of our hands anyway, depending on how much the residence halls want to work with us, but it would be sort of nice to have the band all together in one building or two buildings next to each other. I felt we were a little isolated on this one again... Perhaps if people could be a little more accomodating about their demands for rooms (can't stay on a north facing wall, can't stay next to the warp engines, etc.) we could all stay together... just a thought.
