One has to leave the natural greenery , shrubs , trees etc within 15 ft of their property line ( including my area) many many lots are not 200 ft deep so the tree will fall from one end of the property to the other. We should take out all the levees on the mississippe river and see what happens to la. then . Remember why should tax payers pay for the levees . according to you and curm the people who raise the crops who live around the mississippi the missouri or the rocky mts( which has many dams in its drain off to retard flooding ) are not being personally responsible by expecting the tax payers to keep up the dams and levees . There are two large rivers running close to missoula where curm lives . I think it disgusting we have to pay for dams to keep his area safe . He should be out sandbagging his town doing run off after all he is the one who preaches personal responsibility . Just like a rep to witch about someone else when they are slopping at the trough
