sounds like a hurricane to me they just do not have a cutsy little name for them on the pacific coast . Btw heard something kind of interesting on tv about our last winters storm the line men that work for seattle light made over
220 000 last year due to all the overtime in dec. This is more than the ceo made. They are still replacing poles that were snapped in my area so we are without power from time to time as they take the lines down to put them on the new poles .
