record rain falls are a once in a lifetime event . Just has a typhoon last week in the pac that killed over 360 not in the US but in one of the islands. There have been more typhoons than normal in the Pac.
Think the tv said more rain had fallen in the first 20 days of nov in the seattle area than they normally get in a year and it rains all but a couple months here .
