As long as there are people in a dance-club who want to compete, they can. Several Cardiff dancers are at open competitions regularly, surely you have to pay your own way for that?

Anyway, everyone at Oxford pays for their transport and entry to competitions. The club would be bankrupt almost instantly if we asked for 2000 pounds every time there is a uni-comp (which is what it costs for travel and entry for 100 people).

How does it work at other universities? Who pays for entry/transport cost?
