Before anyone gets carried away, People usually pay thier own entry fees at Cardiff for comps. It usually costs about �5-600 for a coach which amongst 30-40 people isn't too bad, the club has in the past subsidised about half of the coach cost. So it's usually about �15 a comp.

But since the club aren't supporting a team, beginner couples aren't going to be put together until after Christmas (or perhaps just before.) so individuals may be able to go pre-christmas, but that's it - oh and since we don't have a team as such, people won't have access to lessons in the uni (which they pay near full rate for.) So yep, its only those already doing open circuit, having external lessons and a car, who are in a position to do comps.
