that's what we in the business call a tease ....

USF's Mathews is GONE

having been on the receiving side of a termination I know its not ALWAYS fun ... let's hope Coach Mathews finds a place where his unique talents will flourish ... just not in our League ...

as for the Davey angle ??? .... well you've got to wonder how a loss to a lower seeded, "crippled" SCU in their first tournement game added to the "straw on the camel's back" ... but then even the Gonzaga fans know that DD outcoached them in our game ... well respected and well liked EVERYWHERE ... like his predecessor CW ... now we need to just get him some recruiting help ... (my take the GU loss can go a long way ... i.e. "Young man, we were just one basket short of defeating the #3 team in the nation and think you can bring that one basket and a lot more")
