The situation to which you refer is, regrettably, not an uncommon one.

There are no hard and fast rules to be applied or procedures that must adopted, however, if you would like to discuss the problems that you, have and continue to, experience, then please do not hesitate in contacting me, by E-Mail, at DJSTOTT70@AOL.com

>Dear Mr. Stott, Thank you for your reply. I have since been in touch with a member of the BILD team, who confirmed my theory that advocacy and 'best interests' do not go together. It was suggested that, maybe it is done as more of a group feeling with the individual at the centre. This I can already relate to around circle meetings I am involved with.

If you have any experiences or suggestions that may help me further, I would be glad to keep in touch.

Many thanks,
