Sunday is worse with 23 paid out of 54 registrations. This is so sad to see! I remember the days of the Houston New Year's Feis getting 300+ dancers so you can't blame the time of year. Now feises are so poorly attended, you have 6 year olds going up against 14 year olds just to make a comp of 5 dancers. There's just such a malaise in the Irish dance world now and everyone seems to have lost the excitement for local feises.
