I've met her before (at her first feis back, actually -- I actually explained to her what "masters" was side stage, so she truly had no excuse of not knowing) and she's extremely sweet and extremely nice.

This is completely uncalled for rhetoric. Let's keep it on the real issue: a lack of actual framework for dancers who want to keep competing in their later years against their peers, something every other competitor from U5 through U22 is awarded.
