The “framework” was blatantly clear for NAIDC. There was no possible way to misinterpret the guidelines. She and her teacher are more than clear on the rules and they both blatantly broke them.

And you yourself have confirmed that people have actually spoken to her about the rules. I don’t know how you can call her “extremely sweet and extremely nice” when she was patiently told by people over and over what the rules were and then flagrantly broke them. That is the ultimate in narcissism and selfishness and the opposite of a kind person.
