and she is so much happier at KP than at her previous school. Dancers are treated with dignity and respect, and that makes all the difference in the world. The tcs don't sugarcoat anything - they will tell dancers the truth and what they need to hear, but it is done in a way that doesn't destroy their self-confidence and self-esteem. Our previous tc was incapable of this. She either ignored, sugarcoated, or was abusive in the way she delivered feedback. We're glad to be in a much healthier environment, and it shows on the stage
