Suddenly a lithe form leaps to the top of the table, bow drawn in mid-flight and trained on the attackers. The the blur of motion stops you see an thin yet wiry elven form. his brown skin and somewhat frayed and loose copper hair match the leather armor he has donned along with the many small pouches smattered around his form. His cloak drawn back, you see a rapier sheathed at his side.

"Know all that who do so harm her shall feel the sting of my elven bow!" He turns to the adventurer and friends and says in a somewhat quieter but noticibly more menacing voice, "As for you, my young friend and your campanions, cease this or feel the sweet embrace of death where you stand." His eyes are intense with a twinge of madness in them. Already you sense that he would fight to the death for these two strangers he just met.
