I've heard, "You look 15!" (I'm 30) and "Why didn't you get those clear ones (Invisalign), my husband got them and they worked great?" and "Why did you let them do that to you, your teeth were perfect!" and "They don't look THAT bad..."
LOL
Most people don't even notice though...
