I don't have a dog in this fight, really don't care one way or the other about the basketball goals. However, I do believe that the board should not make that big of a decision, particularily when it's perminent, without getting community input first. A month delay in order to allow the community an opportunity to voice their opinions wouldn't have been that big of a deal.
