Who is going to address them? Are you going to confront a court full of people who are making noise at all hours of the night? I don't suggest it. If the board of 3 years ago would have addressed the issues with cameras and such then, it probably never would have grown to this big of an issue. At least this board is attempting something. If they get homeowners to actually give 2 cents that there are issues and that they need to voice their opinion and help with the area, then this board did darn well better than the last board.
