I completely agree with you here Ian, i returned from Norfolk recently, and was shocked by Firsts vehicles in operation, I asked my self would first use these vehicles in cities like London or Manchester - i think not, it also leads me to challenge their slogan "transforming travel"

Just also like to say how rough the starts have been to the sixes and transpeak, i hope "Pronto" does not suffer the same fate.

And finally would like to comment on the Excellent X38 service,very fast down the A38, i wonder if a more frequent service might be on the horizon.
