Hi Betty and All

Just reading the notes over on the story board, and I can see that most Americans don't get sarcasm!

I am currently holidaying in Las Vegas (which just about sums America up Paris hotel minus the seine, The ventian with a 300' canal with motorised gondilers, New York New York named it twice etc) and I'd say American are very insular - 90 secs to cover world news!

Combine these and you get people who simply do not know anything but America, they simply have NO concept of the world - I've heard of Americans who are angry that they needed passports for New Zealand, they never need them for Hawaii!!!!!!

The Prayer -"I Pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands,
one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all." is a prayer (under God), even after the seperation of church and state.

Finally Betty can you post a FAQ on the story board so our American friends do have a hissy fit and throw the rattle out of the pram?
