I was pleased with the ending of A Raisin in the Sun. The ending completely wrapped up the entire play. I had many predictions about the play, for example I thought Beneatha would finish medical school and become a doctor in the United states. Another predicition I had was that Walter would loose the money he had for the liquor store, which is what happened.
I would recomend this play to my peers, if they were interested in this type of reading. It was very well written and well expressed through these characters. I would also recomend this play/book because it gave a lot of inside information about what African Americans went through around these times.
The final thought I got when reading the end of this book, was that dreams effect our lives in so many ways, negitively and positively. Walter and Beneatha showed these characteristics mostly because they had such complex dreams to achieve.
