Subject: Need help in Winnipeg!

Hello everyone! Geesh, I just moved to Winnipeg and am having a hard time finding BBQ necessities. First, where can I get a Weber chimney starter in Canada? Second, I'm looking for a source of both lump (natural) charcoal and some decent wood chunks for smoking. All I seem to be able to find locally is birch! (Don't think I can use that, right?) I'm relatively new to the "smoker" scene, bought a big ol' Oklahoma Joe smoker/BBQ before moving from Oklahoma City back to Canada. I could use some help and advice, thanks! ~Dwayne
