Subject: Too many alts in the guild

Hey guys. I was reading over the member list that Mareth came up with and we are getting kind of large. One thing that has been brought to my attention is how many alts we have in the guild...the answer is too many. So many alts in the guild doesn't help us at all...in effect, it will actually start to hurt us. For instance, neither I, nor many other members realize who's alts are anymore. I, for one, have no idea who plays any of the _urtles. The number of alts in the guild, and not knowing who they all are, hurts the guild as a whole by starting to break apart the sense of community and family we have. If we don't know who's who, how are we supposed to grow as a community? As a result, I think I have come up with a reasonable solution. All alts must be removed from the guild if they are not level 20 or higher. There is just too many of them now, and it is going to be Hell on whoever is designing the webpages to keep up with them all. The only exceptions to this rule are alts who have mastered a specific tradeskill (ie Wolferine's alt, Julix) or if it is the only alt you have in the guild. All others, I ask you to remove accordingly. I feel this is the only thing that can be done to minimize the size of our guild and make it easier on whoever is keeping up with the guild roster. Also, since we are getting larger, the new level cap for new recruits is level 20. This DOES NOT apply to any mains in the guild who have not quite reached level 20 yet. We realize that reaching Level 20 isn't the easiest thing to do in the world, so if your main character is not 20, don't worry about it, you are free to remain in the guild (sorry if that sounds cold, but it's the only way I could think of atm to phrase that). Anyway, I do feel that this is the only way to keep our guild strong and sense of community together. Thank you all, and I'll see you all in-game.

P.S.- Also, I'd like us to hold of on recruiting for a little while until we can better get a sense of what classes we are looking for. But after that, open season on recruiting =)
