I think a true leader a person who cares and help his/her following. A person not afraid to say "I don't know", but will directe them in the right direction. A humanbeing. And yes a person not afraid to take charge and lead the battle, but some one who reconizes and lets the more exp take charge and learns from it. A leader is not born, they are made. They learn with those he leads and teaches what he learn on his own. Non you have shown all that and i know your heart and soul is in this guild. But if I may make suggetion. You have officers you picked, people you thought could help lead. Let them or delagate to them. Have them take some of the pressure off you, that is why they are there.

I may be way off in that last statment, but that is what I've seen and i know I don't have the whole story. Please don't get me wrong I wouldn't trade the time I've spent with any of you and I'm not saying that the officers don't so anything. I'm saying that you need to have the classes go to there class rep first then to you. Make them go through (sorry military talk here) go through the chain of command. It well help you alot Non. And if any you feels Im wrong or steping out of bounds I'm sorry, but that is how I feel.
